立ち止まらない この針だけは Only this clock-hand would pierce through,
僕の明日を刻む音突き刺す the sound that engraved my tomorrows, unable to stop.
真実から逃げたら今 If I escape from the truth right now,
現実にも負けたら今 if I would even give up on reality right now,
何が残るの? just what would be left behind?

This is me, trying out this hoping to get the tickets for the premiere for Toy Story 3! So bear with it!! Haha.
Well, I remember watching Toy Story in the movie when it's out, with a sleeping dad beside me (Yeah he kinda hates cartoon but he went through it with me, so I appreciate that effort!)
So my favourite Toy Story 3 Character (I sure hope it includes the old ones) is of course one of the protagonist, Woody! :D:D
Why? I guess the most important thing where I like is he always makes the right decision in the end, no matter how bad he screwed up in the past. I kind of hate him with his jealousy towards buzz in the first series, but looking at how he's changed a little and become more mature (for a toy, it's cool enuff.), it makes me like him, and he makes me feel that even toys can have human feelings like love, hate and jealousy. (Oh god.)
Heck, it even shows me that two people who totally hate each other at first can be good friends after some trials and tribulations together. ;)
Aww...look how chummy they are! :D
And the favourite scene in the trailer would be when Ken meets Barbie. Totally hilarious! With the bgm "Take my breath away"! Well, it's reasonable since Ken is in the Barbie series but the way he dresses?! Bad dress sense!
Picture taken from facebook! :D
This is the trailer for the movie, Toy Story 3:
Catch Toy Story 3 Movie starting from 17th June 2010 and join the official Facebook and Twitter page! :D:D
There's so many movies that I wanna watch this March! :D
Up In The Air, it's already out! It seems to be a light comedy/drama movie, with some inspirations in it. I actually wanted to watch this movie because of the trailer, or specifically, the question "What is in your backpack?"
Gyabo! Nodame Cantabile The Movie! Okay. The drama series is damn funny! I've also watch the first movie already! So this is DEFINITELY NOT A MISS.
This movie looks nice, and well, usually Disney movies are a-okay in my preference. So I'll be most likely catching this.
Death Note casts again? Gambling? Omg. I'm so definitely catching this movie.
Layyyyton movie! Omg. The trailer looks nice, and it seems to have tricks and puzzles in this movie too! I love the series game of Curious Village and Pandora's Box, so I am watching this too!
After Percy Jackson, it's another movie that refers to greek gods. SO GONNA WATCH! :D
So here's my big question: "Anyone free to watch these movies?!"
This trailer looks nice...I think I'd catch this movie. I think the choice of the song, Broken by Lifehouse suits this trailer well.
Looking at the trailer a few days before, I didn't really had any thoughts. But just now, while I'm out to find Mana Khemia 2 (Yes, infact it's not in SG so I had to order the limited edition from play-asia ): )
Time. It's slipping by us, everyday. Every little second, it's damn precious, cause you wouldn't know what would happen any second.
For it might be, a little chance meeting with friends, a stroke of good luck or a stroke of bad luck, an accident, a promising opportunity. No one knows.
For whether, would you have a tomorrow, or not. Everything might end in an instant, with no notification at all. I kinda regret not grabbing at every opportunity I have, every chance I get, every shot at love, studies, future, prospects.
Maybe some people might say, I tend to think too much, but I'd just say, it's best to think, than not to think at all. Sometimes, yes, everything does fall into place on its own, but isn't it better, if you could just try to change something in your life, for the better?
I wondered, what would happen, if I grabbed at that chance when I saw that message.
Would I be happier, would I finally, get what I want? How many years do everyone has? How many seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years, do I have? I don't even know.
The future is unknown, that's why it's that scary.
Sometimes it just takes a little courage, a little determination, to change something..
Well, I've learn to live a little more, treasure time a little more.
Upon searching for random videos on youtube, I've found this movie by chance. Above is the said video. I think the guy singing this song sounds better...but both singers have managed to bring out different flavors of the song.
So I went to see what exactly this movie is...and it's called 5 Centimeters Per Second: a chain of short stories about their distance.
Upon further research in the trust-able wikipedia, It seems that the flim maker, Makoto Shikai, most of his movies have the most depressing ending ever. It's just like one of his movies, The Place Promised in Our Early Days, which I saw in Kinokuniya, yet I didn't have the cash to buy. D:
I think the meaning of the song, "One More Time, One More Chance" is damnnnnnnnnn nice and it actually explains how one would try to find memories of someone he/she loves wherever they went. ):
Quoted from wikipedia: "Makoto's film gives a realistic view of the struggles many face against: time, space, people, and love. The title 5 Centimeters Per Second comes from the speed at which cherry blossoms petals fall, petals being a metaphorical representation of humans, reminiscent of the slowness of life and how people often start together but slowly drift into their separate ways."
It just shows, how easily people drift apart, once they didn't contact each other after some time. It's realistic.
"Is it life? Yes. Is it unfair? Yes. Is it reality? Yes."
Downloading this movie now. Must watch it later. :D
「"I still love you even now." So wrote the lady I had dated three years ago in her email. But, even if we were to exchange a thousand emails, our hearts would probably move not even one centimeter closer together.」 - an excerpt from the movie, 5 Centimeters Per Second : A Chain of Short Stories About Their Distance.
Today little thoughts: ~~~~ Quoted from the movie, "He's Just Not That Into You":
Maybe a happy ending doesn't include a guy. Maybe, it's you, on your own, picking up the pieces and starting over, freeing yourself up for something better in the future.
Maybe, the happy ending is...just moving on.
Or maybe the happy ending is this, knowing after all the unreturned phone calls, broken-hearts, through the blunders and misread signals, through all the pain and embarrassment...you never gave up hope. ~~~~
Just watched this movie with mt...god it is long. 2 hours! Overall, I enjoy the movie, more that I have expected to. I actually understand what the movie is talking about hahaha. Well...
In the end, what I could sum up for the movie is, one shouldn't be too insistent on something, sometimes things work out, sometimes it doesn't. So it's better to know when to salvage, when to reject, when to accept, when to leave.
And, when not to listen to rumors and examples. What might happen to others, might not happen to you. You are the rule, they are the exception. LOL.
This movie is suitable for the singleton and the coupleton. No matter which category you are, I think you could enjoy this movie...although it's quite the normal romance movie anyone could expect, well...it sure brings some thoughts into your mind.
Btw...good luck to those taking sem exams this week! Jiayou! (:
Haha. Wallie definitely sounds better than wall-e =p
So I went to watched Wall-E with Phad yesterday (Gosh I'm so fatigue yesterday), and overall, it isn't that boring, yet it isn't that exciting too. But it sure brings a very important message to the viewers! And yes, after that Babylon A.D. movie, I am more prone to sleeping if the movie is boring.
Save the Earth!
Basically, this show only have less than 30minutes of conversation going on! The most two words I've listened to in this movie is...
"Wall-E" and "Eva". I'm amazed is that, how can Earth's population be that less? Yeah, it's full of mystery.
Sum it all up, it's worth a watch.
Story: 4.5/5 (Why not! Save the Earth!) Acting: 3.5/5 (It's only full of animation, and it's well done. I like the short flim "Presto"! Visuals: 4/5 (Graphics is damn nice, just like previous Pixar's movie.) Sound: 3/5 (Apparently better than Babylon A.D.) Overall: 4/5
Went to catch Babylon A.D. preview screening with mt, cheryl and her friend. Cheryl also won the tickets! And it's thanks to nuffnang that we got the tickets. Free seating somemore! (:
But apparently, the movie isn't that interesting. I slept during the starting and the ending. And guess what woke me up actually? The starting engine of one care inside the movie >_>" I didn't really get to enjoy the movie because:
1.It is too cold (comfortable) 2.The movie sound effects is way to exaggerating. (Imagine even starting of a car engine is loud enough to wake me up.) The machine gun/missle scenes is also too loud. I actually felt like using my hands to cover my ears. 3.The ending of the movie is abrupt. It just felt like, the story could be explained more, yet they ending it quickly, till I didn't really understand it. (Although it's partly my fault because I slept.
But there's some things I really do enojyed.
1.The sci-fi factor. The buildings seems damn nice with the advance of technology. Not mentioning the house Toorop, Aurora and Rebeka stayed in NY. 2.Action is as usual nice, but it isn't that thrilling or exciting. 3.Storyline isn't good. It's just, escorting Aurora to NY, with an abrupt ending to top it all off, which makes it worse.
So overall, I thank nuffnang for this movie screening, and yes, I only recommend this movies to Vin Diesel fans, or maybe, action film fanatics.
Ratings: Story: 2/5 Acting: 3/5 Visuals: 3.5/5 (I only like how NY looked, and omg the movable map!) Sounds : 2/5 (Too loud to be enjoyable. Maybe it's the theatre's fault but...) Overall: 2.5/5
Yeap. That's my score for this movie. Actually it's the lowest in all of the action movies I've ever watched.
Fact's I've found:
>Mos Burger milk tea is freaking nice. Mos Burger meal is good! I love the sauce. >Isetan supermarket is good! You can get Japan instant noodles there. >The bakery in the supermarket sells yummy chocolate coronet! The chocolate sauce in it is so chocolaty! >Bread is not recommended to put overnight without proper care. I went to the toilet thrice after consuming it. T_T
Went home and immediately slept, waking up facing the wrath of my mum. Haha.
Ok, gonna stop here, going to collect my passport, and dad will be fetching me. *jumps* Yay...no need to cram in the train, and I'm still quite tired. D:
Secondhand Serenade songs are actually quite good. I've lent the cd from my sis, and placed all the songs into my laptop (:
So far the song I like most is Why.
The buttons on my phone are worn thin I don't think that I knew the chaos I was getting in. But I've broken all my promises to you I've broken all my promises to you.
Why do you do this to me? Why do you do this so easily? You make it hard to smile because You make it hard to breathe Why do you do this to me?
A phrasing that's a single tear, Is harder than I ever feared And you were left feeling so alone. Because these days aren't easy Like they have been once before These days aren't easy anymore.
Why do you do this to me? Why do you do this so easily? You make it hard to smile because You make it hard to breathe Why do you do this to me? To me, to me, to me.
I should have known this wasn't real And fought it off and fought to feel What matters most? Everything That you feel while listening to every word that I sing. I promise you I will bring you home I will bring you home.
Why do you do this to me? Why do you do this so easily? You make it hard to smile because You make it hard to breathe Why do you do this to me?
Why do you do this to me? Why do you do this so easily? You make it hard to smile because You make it hard to breathe Why do you do this to me? To me, to me, to me.
---- Because everything aren't the same anymore. And I'm always waiting.
I've realised why I hate odd numbers. Because, there's always someone extra. And that makes it unbearable.
Yes! I've decided to join in this Nuffnang community screening because I missed the previous one D: So here I'm trying my luck (:
Why would I wanna catch Babylon A.D.? Well, first and foremost, I love watching movies![Yeah, I'm lame, but that's the main point in catching movies right?] Secondly, it's an action/sci-fi movie, and action movies are one of my favourites! After watching the trailer, which is full of bombings, special cinematics effects, in a much more technologically advanced era with some scenic environment, I'm more interested in it! Vin Diesel is always a good actor in action movies, which is a plus point! And maybe though this screening, I could get to know more nuffnangers :3 (I do know it seems a little out-of-point though :x)
And yeap, this is my short paragraph of why I would want to catch Babylon A.D. =)
Woooo. I love this song by Duffy, called Warwick Avenue.
Completed watching P.S. I Love You at tudou yesterday, although they changed the story completely (Leaving some parts the same only), the movie is still nice. I cried at some parts. Sob. Poor Holly. ): Overall, it's a nice movie, but too short for my liking...
The movie is soooo nice. I love what Gerry wrote for his last letter!
"To me, you're my everything, but to you, I'm only a chapter of your life." Someday, we would have to get over some things, and move on with life. It's just not like, when something ends, your time ends at there.
Okok gonna stop writing about this movie. Later too emotional again D:
I woke up so late!! And I failed to pack my room today D: I shall try tomorrow (Argh I hate using tomorrow). Later going to see doc...and it's raining.
Oh! I decided to change my blog song to Warwick Avenue!
-Somehow, sometimes, I wish that you could just skip the honest bullshit, and lie to me to make me feel better.-
Caught the movie Death Race with Phad yesterday. Before watching the movie, I'm damn scared of those gore scenes. [I remember watching the trailer where a guy's head is being knocked off by a car.]
Death race 2008 (Apparently it's a remake of Death Race 2000), is describing that at Year 2012, USA economy declined, employment rate is way too low, crime rate is way too high. The prison is already at their breaking point.
Death Race is being produced as of people being bored of normal races, where they wanted to see more exciting stuffs.
The story is about a guy, Jensen Ames, is being framed for killing his wife, and he enters the prison. Henessy(sp?), the Prison Warden, is the judge, jury and executor of the prison.
Jensen is being offered a choice of entering the Death Race. Win 5 games, and you get the ultimate prize. Freedom. The offer he has taken is to wear the mask of Frankenstien, who's already dead on his last race, with 4 wins, all he need to do is win one more game, and he's free.
Of course, winning ain't easy. And some people won't stop to prevent Jensen A.K.A Frankenstien from winning, because of profits.
It's a race where either you kill, or you get killed.
But after watching it, I'm more excited and thrilled about the car racing, till I forgot about those gores, (but I still closed my eyes on some gore parts.)
It's a nice movie, where it is also shown that because of money, a guy is being framed for nothing.
If normal car racing ain't your thing, what about normal car racing, included ammonution, traps, sexy navigator beside you? Give it a try!
The graphics and sound effects is sure damn good.
Go try! Although it's NC16 =p
Next movie : Meet Dave, My Girlfriend is A Cyborg.
Yeap. You guessed it. I went to watch The Incredible Hulk with Phad yesterday. Actually we wanted to watch "You Don't Mess With The Zohan" or "Get Smart", however, for Zohan, it's left with first row from the screen, and for get smart, it's much better worse, full house. So since beggars can't be choosers, we decided on hulk. I think the person who served us is pissed off. Lol. He gave us very, very, bad seats. Talk about service standards.
Ok it isn't that bad, it's just, in the corner, where you can't get out easily to go to the toilet. Thank god my bladder wasn't calling "Let me have some release" during that movie. If not, I might go and punch that person who served me. (:
Haha. Enough of that.
Overall, the movie is quite a blast for action lovers. Buildings being destroyed, humans being flown off [Couldn't find the perfect words to say it], helicoptors being destoyed, bullets is useless, soundwaves is the best. Etc.
Romance wise, it's totally lol-able. Hulk is sucha poor thing. He couldn't get excited, but someparts, hulk with the sad eyes really do looks pitiable and cute in some ways. But you gotta give a thumbs up for the female lead. She decided to stay with hulkie till the end. It just seems like the Disney movie, "Beauty and the Beast."
But the ending, do give a 100% hint that there's a sequal (Yet again, like mr. spidey from Spiderman). So, I just hope that more things could be blasted, and more buildings to be destroyed (:
Acting wise, the emotions do seems to affect me, and trust me, you ain't gonna love needles after watching this movie.
Ok. Narnia computer graphics is nice. But, the storyline do sucks.
(:
First, let's say. *spoiler* Please skip if u dun want to see spoilers.
It's like. Wth? That Caspian blew a horn, and the 4 of them suddenly went back to Narnia. And during the final fight, Arslan (Pardon the spelling), came out, with a few roars, and a whole heard of army was busted!
They should just call him out earlier.
In the end, it is said that two of them will come back to Narnia. (:
There's a sequel I suppose, since two of the four kids would come back. (Oh god. Please make it better)
Went to catch this movie with Phad two days ago. Went in with a super excited feeling in watching alot of fighting scenes, after all, due to the influence of the PS2 game Dynasty Warriors, I'm totally interested in the Three Kingdoms. For those who don't know what is the Three Kingdoms, it's a story basically saying how three factions, Wei, led by Cao Cao, Shu, led by Liu Bei, and Wu, led by Sun Jian, fighting each other, trying to be the sole conquerer of the land.
This story, however, only focuses on the life of Zhao Zilong (Andy Lau)(A.K.A Zhao Yun), of Shu. From how he joins the army, until his death.
Basically, some parts of the movie is fictional, like Cao Ying (Maggie Q), who is Cao Cao's grand-daughter. Cao Ying's main aim is to capture Zhao Zilong alive, as Cao Cao didn't manage to catch him alive back then, when he went to save Liu Bei's son.
Personally, I like how the battle works, it's totally made of tactics. Such as Zhuge Liang and Cao Ying, who didn't even hesitate in sacrificing their soldier and generals. The movie portrays Cao Ying as a great leader, as she have learned everything from Cao Cao, who is good at war strategies. Her every move manages to affect Zhao Zilong's army, and in the end, causing him and Luo An Ping (Sammo Hung), his sworn brother, to be the sole survivors in the camp.
In addition, she even went to the extent of sacrificing her own portion of army to just get rid of Zhao Zilong's army. Shrewd! As what Cao Cao teaches her, "I can fail the people, but the people cannot fail me." And the part where she played the musical instrument! Damn it just makes my heart melt. LOL.
I also loved the arrow rain scene...damn I just can't resist such scenes.
Sammo Hung played the role of Luo Ping An well. Due to wanting fame and honour, and wanting the people in his hometown to remember him as a memorable hero, he actually betrayed Zhao Zilong in exchange for a high ranking post in Wei's army. However, he still saved Zhao Zilong during his battle with Cao Ying. It just makes me feeling pity for him, over burdened by guilt in the end.
Andy Lau actually potrayed Zhao Zilong well. With the battle scenes of him escaping the army of Cao Cao in the start, already makes me feel.."wow!". In addition, I can actually feel the emotions of Zhao Zilong at that time. I wonder it is the director's credit or his credit. Lol.
The minor characters just made the story a little bit exciting. I just didn't like that part where, the 5 tiger generals, is being introduced, and within 5 minutes, they're all dead, only leaving Zhao Zilong, the only sole survivor.
In addtion, I wonder why would they have to add in a love scene, where Zhao Zilong fell in love with a girl, yet in the end, they didn't touch on the love topic again. They just mentioned that, in the end, what Zhao Zilong wants didn't get realized.
His wish is actually to "end the war, and build a family." Luo Ping An said, when they have went a round around the country, peace would arrive, and they could return to their country.
I love the scene where he is telling Luo Ping An that...
"I've already walked a round the country, yet, is there peace yet? I've just walked a huge roundabout, without achieving what I want, I just came back to the spot where I started."
That part really hit me alot. It just made me feel that, his life is full of regrets, and the peace he wanted never even arrived.
The ending is Zhao Zilong, himself, faces the whole army of Cao Ying. And vroom! credits rolling. The credits just says that, in the end, it's not Wei, Shu, or Wu, that conquered the land. It's Jin.
In conclusion.
What I liked about this movie : Some scenes that can make me felt what the characters felt, the battle scene, and the shrewdness of the tactics.
What I dislike about this movie : Some scenes are too short, didn't even get a touch on it, and some important parts about his life is not added in. And the narration from the view of Luo Ping An. It just felt like a scene, and it jumped to another scene.
Overall score : 3.8/5 I wanted to give a 4, but due to some parts...nope.
Next movie I wanna watch is The Forbidden Kingdom! =)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ EDIT : Did anyone notice that their armor looks more jappish den traditional chinese? Compare this two movies armor.
An Empress And The Warriors :
Three Kingdoms : Resurrection of the Dragon :
One looks samurai-ish, the other looks traditional chinese!
Movie Synopsis: The movie is set in ancient China when countless kingdoms battle for supremacy. A Princess, together with her loyal Warrior, is thrust to defend the country when their King is killed in a battle. When her evil cousin tried to kill her in order to take over the kingdom, she was saved by a mysterious man in the woods. The Princess falls in love with her saviour who gave her a new life. With the fate of her kingdom in the balance, she must choose between her duty and her dreams…
Personal Comments: I don't really like Kelly Chen's acting. Totally too unreal. Her acting and speech is too stiff. Can see is totally fake out, and not being acted with true feelings. The screening time is quite short, and even though some people says, you can love someone in a split second, falling in love within three days seems too fast and too real to happen. The action scene is exciting. You can see carriages being crashed, spears piercing through the throat, arrow being plucked out with blood splashing, spears being plucked out from a person's body.
Even though I'm not an action fanatic, and I've really never heard before Donnie Yen, but his fighting scene is really damn nice. It's like watching a real life version of Dynasty Warriors. Where one person deals with a huge crowd of soldiers with spears, and killing alot of them before he dies. Wowness. Like a spartan on steroids!
Plot is predictable, and it just depicts that, a woman can discard wealth, status, power, just for love. But, in exchange, what does she get? Ok...shall stop before I give anymore further spoilers for those who haven't watch the movie yet?
Went to catch this movie with jh, mt and chan to celebrate jh's bdae. Crows Zero ne.
Fight fight fight! Lol.
The mega-hit comic, CROWS, about feuding high school tough guys, has sold over 32 million copies in its eight-plus years. This feature length movie version of "CROWS" depicts the never-before-told origins of the story as "Episode Zero".
The Suzuran Senior High School for Boys, nicknamed "The School of Crows", is the poorest achieving, most violent school in the country. The students are called "crows" and they band together in factions, battling each other for influence and power. But they all share a common goal ... one that has never been reached in the school's history: unification. No one faction has ever reigned supreme.
Oguri plays the role of Genji Takiya, a transfer student who attempts to take over Suzuran Boys High School and is mentored by old boy yakuza Katagiri (Kyosuke Yabe) as he faces off against rival Serizawa (Takayuki Yamada).
Haha. After seeing that much, what attracted our attention is not these. I jus saw one comment and told them:
"Drooling Factor." <------
Hahaha. So went to watch.
It's a typical violence high school story, where one guy, Genji, wanna conquer the school, to succeed his father, and when he does it, he can succeed his father's yakuza.
Since that school is a violence school, he gains men thru fighting the most powerful person in that class, and some guys joined his team due to his attitude and never-die spirit? Lol.
Ohoh. Jh and mt commented that Izaki, the third guy frm the right is the most handsome in the movie. Aiyarh. I nvr care. I onli notice ruka. HOHOHO.
But nevertheless, let's continue. In the end, they fought until left two big factions, Genji and Serizawa. These type of story, in the end u know who win de la.
Need me to say spoiler out? No nd le la! Lol
5 star rating, I'll give it 4. Super love the fighting scene. *drools* I should go and learn aso hor? Haha.
Ok. Today I'm going to diedie RECOMMEND you this movie. Sky of Love!
Today went to watch this movie with Si Lei, haha...walked into the theater with a predictable storyline in my head. But, HELL WITH IT MAN! So what if it's a predictable storyline. As long as the acting touches me, I definitely think that it's a nice movie. Hehs.
The actors feelings is sososo like genuine de lor. Haha. I bet, if u give this storyline to some other country and ask their actors to act, it wouldn't get it to me that hard. Japanese romance movies really aims to squeeze those tears out of your dear eyes.
I cried thrice in this movie. Damn paiseh lor! Haha. But who cares? I find it sad that, in the end, they have to part.
I totally recommend this movie to couples~ and singletons too. Cry for their great love! <3
I found the Part 1 chinese novel at kinokuniya. Dang it. NO MONEY TO BUY. RAWR. Going to go down somehow this wk to go buy. Lol.
-If I didn't met you, I would not have such pain and sad memories, but...if I didn't met you, I wouldn't know what happiness and sweet memories are.-
MY GAWD! Juz bcos of this movie, I'm really turning into a...person who only wants such true love. AHHHHHHHH.
The only insert song in this movie is nice. It's called Heavenly Days by Aragaki Yui.
Lyrics :

English Translation :
I turn off the time to wake up before the alarm clock ressounds I don't know why but I can already remember you
I wonder if, before I know it, I'll forget even the miracle of being able to meet you for one hundred minutes Will I end up forgetting even that I've forgotten?
Heavenly days, in the room in the pocket of my heart I look for your vanished warmth Even if there's no way to feel you ever again, ah I'm locking up those days that are still a bit warm
Tired of walking, I sat down and was at a loss, if you were with me We could have talked about something like our unbearable dream's fate
I couldn't say it by the ticket barrier, I wanted to say That I feel "Thank you" are maybe words much sadder than "goodbye"
Heavenly days, I wonder if I could smile properly At the scene of our last kiss, I couldn't even grasp your shivering hands, not even my tears fell, ah Now that it's too late, they overflow when I'm alone
Heavenly days, in the room in the pocket of my heart I look for your vanished warmth Even if there's no way to feel you ever again, ah Even if I stretch out my hands, you're not here anymore I'll walk on under a new light

There's the video there! My gawd. Actually, I like the lead actress in this movie. So kawaii ne~
-It is better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all.-
Movie Plot (Taken from sg.movies.yahoo.com):
Based on a novella by acclaimed writer Catherine Lim, the story is about Li-Ann, a young Singaporean girl who meets her 'special someone' on 29 February. She decides to base her intuition on an Irish leap year tradition that no man will refuse any request of a lady and invites him out for a date. Together, they embark on a romantic journey that spans over 12 years, meeting only thrice in 12 years, on the leap year.
